I don't know whether you combined 2 outfits (I think the flat purple material directly against her skin is the Molten Outfit? - Nope, I just checked, it's not) to get the 2 layers of purple materials or if they came together, but I love the effect. The under layer certainly looks flashy on its own, but for some reason even with the gold armor embellishments strains my brain's ability to accept it as realistic (despite oddly having no troubles accepting dragons, or even people riding dragons with saddles).  But the mesh/lacey fabric that drapes across the front of her makes it look so much better and more "reasonable" to my mind. If nothing else, I think it does an excellent job of enabling an outfit that alludes to jungle style or Aztec style of clothing without it being a "Hey, look at all the clothing that I'm NOT wearing" outfit, if that makes any sense. It's very easy to make an eyecatching outfit when it consists of nothing more than a bikini. It is MUCH harder to make an outfit out of multiple elements working together and covering most areas of the body.
Her skin tone and the colors of the outfit go great together, and I also love the ethnicity of the model.
Oh shoot, I just noticed the background architecture/building. Yet another quality element that is used... I'm not sure if "subtly" is the right term for a building that makes up the entire backdrop, but it's not the focus. It is subordinate to the rest of the image.

So to recap, this is why I like this image and your art in general:
-Stylish and flattering outfit on a beautiful woman without it being cheap fanservice
-Multiple high-quality elements, each of which would be good enough to be a focus of a picture all on their own (woman, dragon, background)
-Great textures
-All the elements work together, rather than competing

How long did this take you to set up, NOT counting the final rendering time?
